A FUN parent-child class where toddlers PLAY, jump and tumble in a safe, gymnastics environment. We’ll practice taking turns, making new friends and interacting with other adults. Students in this class practice gross motor, balance and agility and gymnastics skills. Don’t miss our monthly themes! Come explore with us!

This parent participation class is for students who are 2.5 years old and ready for a more structured class environment. This class introduces the student to independence through teacher led gymnastics stations. Additional class components are structured Circle Time, as well as child led exploration and play. Children who are ready to explore the gym all by themselves will love GymBees. Students learn gymnastics basics through the use of apparatus circuits, small group activities, games and jumping on our tumble trak. GymBees enjoy FUN themed activities like acrobatics, friendship, colors and shapes. Your bouncing “big” kid is sure to love this class!*For your child’s success, it is strongly recommended that they complete at least one month in the GymBugs or GymJumpers class prior to joining the GymBees class.

In this class, students continue to master gymnastics movement blended with early learning concepts and social skills. Students are challenged to focus on technique and form to improve their gymnastics skills such as the Forward roll, Cartwheel and Handstand. We believe in the benefits of play in developing children’s understanding of the world around them, contemplating new concepts and mastering learned skills. Each week we will offer time for your preschool aged child to explore the gym through unstructured, child led play! Students participating in Adventure hour must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian to participate. Open to all ages 5 and under. Children under 3 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.

This structured, beginning level class focuses on basic gymnastics skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, cartwheels and handstands, as well as other gross and fine motor skills. Students will see an improvement in their coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility.  Monthly themes like “Super Heroes” and “Under the Sea” create a fun and entertaining learning environment.  This class is a great way to prepare your little one for preschool or kindergarten, as they learn to follow instructions, take turns and cooperate with others.  Student-teacher ratio 5:1.  Time: 45minutes

Students will begin to see an improvement in their coordination, agility, balance, strength and flexibility.  Monthly themes like “Super Heroes” and “Under the Sea” create a fun and entertaining learning environment.  In addition to gymnastics skills, students learn to follow instructions, take turns and cooperate with others.  Student-teacher ratio 6:1.  Time: 55minutes.

Our Novice class is for students who have had previous gymnastics experience and have mastered introduction to tumbling skills(See progressions).  Students will focus on developing flexibility, as well as core strength.  Students will learn limber skills such as handstand to bridge, bridge kickover and standing bridge rock up, as well as important lead up skills like running cartwheel and run jump forward roll.  Student-teacher ratio 7:1.  Time: 55 minutes.

Our intermediate class is for students who have had previous gymnastics experience and have mastered introduction to tumbling and novice skills(See progressions). The Intermediate tumbler will learn limber skills such as back walkovers and front limbers; however, beginning power tumbling skills like round offs and front handsprings are also included in the curriculum.   Intermediate students are also introduced to the back handspring through a variety of drills and practice on the pac man (special equipment used to teach back handsprings).   Student-teacher ratio 8:1.  Time:  55 minutes.

Our advanced class is for students who have had previous gymnastics experience and have mastered introduction to tumbling, novice and intermediate skills(See progressions). Advanced level students begin to focus more on the power tumbling skills such front handsprings, back handsprings and round off back handsprings. Students will continue to work on flexibility; however, a strong emphasis is now on learning how to perform tumbling skills with more strength, speed and power. Student-teacher ratio 8:1.  Time: 55 minutes.

Our power tumbling class is for students who have had previous gymnastics experience and have mastered introduction to tumbling, novice, intermediate and advanced skills(See progressions). This is the highest tumbling level in our program.  Students work to perfect their round-off back handsprings, as well as the previously learned limber skills. More complex and difficult tumbling skills are introduced, which include multiple back handsprings, front and back saltos, and aerial cartwheels & walkovers. This level is divided into Power Tumbling levels 1 and2.  Student-teacher ratio 8/9:1.  Time: 55 minutes.
