Programs_RecGym_alt Aerial Tumbling and AcroGymnastics, Inc. focuses it’s training on floor gymnastic skills. It is our belief that concentrated training time on floor skills using state of the art tumbling equipment, without moving from one type of apparatus (bars, beams) to another, accelerates the advancement of tumbling and acrobatic skills.

We offer a building block progression of skills in a structured level program. This allows child and parent to easily recognize the progress of the student, and nothing motivates like progress!

14Our Intro to Tumbling (4 & 5 year olds) classes are 45 minutes in length. All other classes are 55 minutes in length. ATA requires only 1 class per week at all levels. However for faster progress, two or more classes are highly recommended. We offer a multiple class discount.
Our recreational program takes students from beginning level tumbling skills such as forward rolls, back rolls and cartwheels all the way to advanced acrobatic and power tumbling skills such as aerial cartwheels, back handsprings, back tucks and lay-outs.
